In accordance with the training program, the course will last in 30 days with 90 students who are leaders from general departments and police units. Students will research and exchange  24 topics and 10 reports with 3 major subjects including politics and law, police leadership management and police professional knowledge which were selected and updated from reality of preventing crime, which is meaningful for leadership management.

Aiming at enhancing effect of the course, PPA co-worked with departments inside and outside the police force to compile studying material which combines between theory and practice. Besides, PPA also invited experienced leaders of general departments, police units to teach and report practice situation for students.
