Exciting PPA camp to celebrate 50th traditional anniversary

This event is one of the activities to celebrate the 50th traditional anniversary of the Academy (May 15th, 1968 - May 15th, 2018) and get the title “Hero of the People's Armed Forces” at the 2nd time.

At the opening ceremony of the camp, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of the PPA said: Through 50 years of building and development, the generations of lecturers, officers and students of the PPA had made efforts to build the PPA to become one of the top police training institutions in the region.

Each camp has its own features

24 camps showed the efforts, creativity of lecturers, officers and students to express the characteristics of each specialty. Many camps attracted the attention of many visitors such as: camp of Traffic Police Department with police motorcycles, camp of Foreign Languages Department with traditional costumes of countries around the world, camp of Armed Police Department with supporting tools and facilities, etc.

Within the activities of the camp, PPA also show the products that won the design contest “PPA in future” and photo exhibition “Heroic youth power” which gave viewers a new look about the PPA

At the end of the camp, the flame which symbolized the heroic glorious tradition of the PPA, represented the enthusiasm of the youth was lit by Senior Colonel, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan, Vice President of the PPA. Thousands of lecturers, officers and students were really “burning” with the camp fire.

Lively atmosphere at the camp

On behalf of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA congratulated the success of the camp. At the same time, he praised the efforts of the Executive Board of the PPA Youth Union and the enthusiastic participation of officers, lecturer and students to the chain of activities celebrating the 50th traditional anniversary of the Academy.
