On December 19th, the Traffic Safety Research Center of the PPA in cooperation with the National Traffic Safety Committee and the Asian Injury Prevention (AIP) Foundation organized the propaganda program on the traffic safety regulation to pupils at Phu Xuan Primary School, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. More than 400 helmets were presented to the local pupils from the donor.
This event was organized in responding to the National Road Safety Action Plan 2019 of the National Traffic Safety Committee and within the framework of a cooperation plan between the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ministry of Education and Training and the Asian Injury Prevention (AIP) Foundation to implement traffic safety programs in Vietnam in the period 2018 - 2020.

At the program, the officers from the Traffic Safety Research Center, the PPA and the teachers instructed the pupils how to choose a helmet with quality standards and how to wear it propertly to protect the head. These were simple but very important skills to minimize the risk of traffic accident.
