From December 16th to 20th, 2019, the PPA’s Department of High-tech Crime Prevention, the PPA organized the training course on “Identifying high-tech crime in accordance with the provisions of 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) and measures to prevent and fight against high-tech crime” for 54 officials and prosecutors of the Hanoi People's Procuracy.
The training course provided the participants with knowledge of high-tech crime such as: New provisions of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on high-tech crime; Regulations on electronic data and procedures for collecting, recovering and analyzing the electronic data in high-tech crime investigation, etc. Thereby, the training course helped the participants accurately identify high-tech crime and effectively apply into their practical work.

In addition to the theoretical knowledge, the participants also gained the practical knowledge about reality of the fight against high-tech crime through the report of officer from Department of Cyber Security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention, Ministry of Public Security.
