To welcome to the success of the 12nd Party Congress,
celebrate the 85th anniversary of establishment of Ho Chi Minh
Communist Youth Union (26/03/1931 – 26/03/2016) and the 60th
anniversary of Traditional Day of Youth Union of the Ministry of Public
Security (1956-2016), on 14th March, 2016, the MPS’s Youth Union in
cooperation with other functional units celebrated "4th Festival of Youth People's Public Security Martial
Art in northern region in 2016" at the C500 Stadium in the People's
Security Academy.

On March 14th, 2016, in Son La province, the Centre for Research
and Criminology Investigation - PPA in collaboration with the Investigation
Police Department, the Son La Provincial Public Security Department co-chaired
the Conference: "Innovating the mass propaganda, mobilization in
drug-related crime prevention in the northwest provinces"

In the jubilant
atmosphere of making achievement to celebrate the Youth Month and 85 years of establishment
of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26th 1931 – March 26th
, 2016), under the direction of the Student Management Department, in the
morning of March 12th, 2016, the Managing Board and the Executive
Board of Joint Youth Union of course D39 organized the environmental sanitation
program for all students.

On 16th March, 2016,
the PPA in collaboration with the Uong Bi Municipal Public Security, the Thuong
Yen Cong Commune People's Committee, the Tung Lam Developing Joint Stock
Company, the Management Board of Yen Tu Relic and National Forest, the Armed
Company 6 – Information Brigade 26 organized the Closing Ceremony of socio-political
practice of 1st course students of Criminal Justice speciality and
cultural exchange program to celebrate the 85th anniversary of establishment
of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union .

With the consent of the Party
Committee, the PPA Board of Directorate, on March 14th, 2016, the Centre for
Archives and Library in collaboration with Dr. Kim Yongshik - senior expert on
information technology (IT) from the International Cooperation Agency of Korea
(KOICA) held a lecture with the topic: "Trends of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT)" for the students majoring in anti-high-tech
related crime.

As a part of the socio-political practice
program of students of the 1st course on criminal justice, on March 14th, 2016,
the Faculty of Law in collaboration with the functional departments within the PPA
organized the legal propaganda on drug and traffic order and safety at Ly Tu
Trong school, Yen Thuong Cong Commune, Uong Bi, Quang Ninh.

"The PPA’s Labor Union works
excellently - reaches creativity, initiative, discipline, responsibility,
efficiency" is a key mission in 2016, which was launched by the Executive
Committee of the Labor Union at the
conference on reviewing the working program of the Labor Union in 2015 taking
place on March 10th, 2016 at Tran Duc Truong Hall.

On march 4th 2016, the PPA solemnly held an ending ceremony of the transition course 28, 2012 -2015 academic year for 506 students.Vice president, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat – vice president attended and presided over the ceremony.

In the jubilant atmosphere of the International Women’s
Day 8/3, on 7th March, 2016, the PPA’s Women Union held the meeting
to celebrate 106th anniversary of the International Women’s Day and
1976 years of the Hai Ba Trung revolt ( 40 -
43 Anno Domini). Major General, Assoc. Prof, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang – Vice President
of the PPA attended the meeting.

On March 1st, 2016, the PPA and the
Academy of Politics of People’s Public Security held the signing ceremony of MoU
between two agencies.

On the occasion of the 61st
anniversary of Vietnam Doctor's Day (February 27th, 1955 - February 27th, 2015),
on February 26th, 2015, the Representatives of Party Committee, Directorate
Board, officers and students of the PPA congratulated doctors, nurses who are
working for the Medical Department of the Academy.

In the morning of February 26th, 2016, the
PPA’s Party Committee, Directorate Board and the Youth Unions held cultural
activities responding to the “Planting
tree Festival” and celebrated the New Year Binh Than 2016, a prelude to
the series of activities initiated by the Youth Unions in 2016.

In the morning of February 2nd, 2016, a delegation of officers and students of the PPA visited, presented wishes and gave gifts to patients with difficult situations who were being treated at the 19-8 Hospital, National Institute of Haematology - Blood Transfusion, Hospital of Traditional Medicine - MPS, Vietnam National Hospital of Pediatrics and the E Hospital.

On preparation to Binh Than spring 2016, on February 02 2016, comrade Nguyen Van Thanh - the Party Central Committee Member, Deputy Minister of Public Security visited, motivated and sent New Year greetings to all the PPA officers and students.
