1. The thesis is a research work that is in-depth, comprehensive, and systematic in both theoretical and practical aspects on preventing crimes of counterfeit goods trafficking in cyberspace.

The thesis has raised new issues on the theory of preventing crimes of counterfeit goods trafficking in cyberspace according to the functions of the Economic Police force such as: concepts, characteristics of preventing crimes of counterfeit goods trafficking in cyberspace. At the same time, the thesis also points out the contents and specific preventive measures for this type of crime.

3. Based on the survey and evaluation, the thesis analyzes in depth and points out the criminological characteristics of the crime of counterfeit goods trafficking in cyberspace such as: characteristics of the crime situation; personal characteristics of the criminal; causes and conditions of this crime...

The thesis surveys and evaluates objectively the prevention of counterfeit goods trafficking in cyberspace by the Economic Police force, comments on the results achieved, the shortcomings, limitations as well as the causes of the shortcomings and limitations in this activity in the past, as a basis for proposals and solutions.

Based on the study of theoretical and practical issues assessing the current situation of preventing counterfeit goods trafficking crimes in cyberspace by the Economic Police force in the current situation, the thesis makes scientific forecasts on issues related to the activities of counterfeit goods trafficking crimes in cyberspace and proposes systematic, comprehensive, effective and feasible solutions to improve the quality of preventing counterfeit goods trafficking crimes in cyberspace according to the functions of the Economic Police force in the coming time.
