Attending the exchange were Major General, Assoc.Prof Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA; Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Pham Cong Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Public Security Department of Ha Nam Province; former Head of the Students Management Department; the leaders and officers of the Students Management Department through many different periods; leaders, teachers and students of the Academy.

At the exchange, the participants were listening to the teachers who used to be managers of the PPA to share their unforgettable memories in the process of working as well in real life, from which helped the students to be more fully aware of the love of the teacher to their students in the cause of educating and training the knowledge, personality, occupational ethics and political Will. The exchange was also the opportunity for students to express their love and gratitude to their teachers, listen to the sharing and teaching words of the “quiet boatman” through many generations.

During the exchange, the students were also interacted with the teachers about the behavioral culture as well as culture of obeying the Public Security regulation of the PPA’s students.

Speaking at the exchange, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat gave the deep gratitude to the teachers on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teacher's Day (November 20^th) and wished that the teachers as well as students of the PPA would try to obey better the Public Security regulation culture, made effort to became the cultural human in behavior as well as in life, who were eligible to undertake any task which would be entrusted by the Party and State.
