The Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi would like to send our best wishes to you and the sincere thanks to the leaders, officials, teachers and students of the Academy for attending the 60th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7^th and 69 years of the Great Patriotic War on May 9^th.

On this occasion, we would like to sincerely thank for your support and enabling students of the Academy to participate in the 11^th Russian Olympic on March 3^rd 2014 at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi which was held for first year students learning Russian at universities and academies in Vietnam. At the same time, we also express our admiration and thank to the lecturers of the Academy who teach Russian for participating enthusiastically, actively and effectively in holding the Olympic.

We hope that the Russian Olympic at the Center will create the opportunity for Vietnamese students to get the profound understanding of Russian history and culture, receive useful knowledge on science and education in Russia and the Academy will continue the effective cooperation with us in the activities of science, culture, education and training on the basis of comprehensive strategic partnership of the two nations.
