Hi Sir Nguyen,
I want to express my heartfelt thanks for the warm accommodation the People's Police Academy of Vietnam has given us during our visit on May 15-20, 2012 through your painstaking efforts.
It was indeed a rare opportunity and honor to be given a chance to visit your prestigious Police Academy; I admired the lectures and briefings by Col Nguyen Phu, the Deputy Director of Hanoi Police Station and the Mobilizing Regimental Force Commander, Col Toan. We learned many things from them as far as community policing system in Hanoi is concerned.
We were so amazed by the natural beauty of Ha-Long bay, we enjoyed the boat cruise and the food that they served. The underground cave is comparable to none because of its breath-taking view.
Again, for on behalf of my group, Thank you very much and I indeed expect your visit to the Philippines soonest .Please convey my thanks to Director of PPA, Col Yem, Col Phu, to our interpreter, to your wife and to everybody over there that made our trip a great success.
