supporting gifts from the Chi Linh and Dai Lai Star Golf and Country Clubs for the
Comrades Sentiment Fund of the Academy.

were Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA; Major
General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy, representatives of
functional units within the Academy. About the Chi Linh and Dai Lai Star Golf and
Country Clubs was Mr. Doan Van An, Chairman of the Clubs.

From the individual relationship between
Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA and the Chi Linh
and Dai Lai Star Golf and Country Clubs, from the sincere heart of contributing
the small part to the education and training of the Academy, Mr. Doan Van An,
Chairman of the Clubs decided to finance the Comrades Sentiment Fund of the PPA
from 50 to 100 million VND per year within five years. In addition, Mr. Doan
Van An said that he would be willing to give the financial support for a number
of activities of the Academy.

At the reception, Lieutenant General,
Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA thanked to the Chi Linh and Dai
Lai Star Golf and Country Clubs and also expressed the desire that the cooperative
relationship between the two units would develop increasingly in the future.
| Chi Linh and Dai Lai Star Golf and
Country Clubs are the two projects that Mr. Doan Van An has invested and
implemented from 1990 to now. These two systems of international standard golf
courses have built and designed for golfers at different levels and are
regarded as the ideal destinations for golfers as well as tourists from everywhere.
The implementation of these projects has created the stable jobs for thousands
of local people and contributed to the development of the area where the Clubs
operate.
