2. The thesis is an asessment that gives the scientific conclusion of the fact of arresting persons for investigating organized crime cases of Hanoi Criminal Police Force. The result of thesis shows advantages, limitations and reason of limitations in arresting persons for investigating organized crime cases of Hanoi Criminal Police Force.
