1. The thesis is systematical abroad and domestic research works related to psychological impact activities in the education management of prisoners in the prisons. The thesis clearly defines the concepts, characteristics and principles and methods of psychological impact in the education management of prisoners in the prisons. At the same time, it also supports on analysis and clarification, contributing to improvement and supplement the theory of psychological impact on the education management of prisoners in the Northern prisons under the Ministry of Public Security.   
2. The thesis analyzes, evaluates, clarifies the situation and characteristics, the actual situation of psychological impact in education management of prisoners, the factors affecting to the psychological impact on education management of the prisoners in the Northern prisons under the Ministry of Public Security. Based on that, the thesis gives comments on advantages, shortcomings, limitations and causes of shortcomings and limitations on the psychological impact on education management of the prisoners in the Northern prisons under the Ministry of Public Security.   
3. The thesis predicts the influencing factors and offering solutions to improve the effect of psychological impact on education management of the prisoners in the Northern prisons under the Ministry of Public Security in the coming time.
