This thesis is comprehensive research on residence management for citizens according to the function of the Administrative management Police force on social order of the Haiphong City Public Security. The new contributions of the thesis are summarized as followed:

1. The thesis focuses on examining and analyzing a number of typical domestic and foreign projects related to residence management for citizens of the police force for administrative management of social order. The thesis has developed a theoretical system of residence and residence management for citizens according to the functions of the police force for administrative management of social order.

2. The thesis has deeply analyzed and surveyed real situations on citizens’ residence and resident management for citizens of the administrative management police force on social order in Haiphong city from 2008 to June 2017. What we learned from real situations are achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of deficiencies in the residence management for citizens of the administrative management police force on social order of Haiphong City public security.

3. Based on the forecast of the influence factors to residence management for citizens of the administrative management police force on social order, the thesis has published predictions and developed feasible and practical solutions to contribute to improving the work effectiveness of the administrative management police force on social order of Haiphong city public security in the residence management for citizens in the coming time.
