New contributions of the thesis:
1. The dissertation has clarified a number of theoretical issues regarding the cooperation of the Traffic Police Force and the Road Traffic Inspectorate in ensuring traffic order and safety, including: definitions, characteristics, principles, legal framework, cooperation content and approach. It is hoped that the dissertation has contributed to the theoretical framework in the field of cooperation of the Traffic Police Force and the Road Traffic Inspectorate in ensuring traffic order and safety in Vietnam.
2. The dissertation has covered a wide range of areas including recent cooperation of the Traffic Police Force and the Road Traffic Inspectorate in ensuring traffic order and safety across the country. It also identified the strength and weakness in practice of cooperation of the Traffic Police Force and the Road Traffic Inspectorate in ensuring traffic order and safety as well as explained the causes of these shortcomings. 
3. Being drawn from the survey, the dissertation has provided recommendations in regard to potential factors against the cooperation of the Traffic Police Force and the Road Traffic Inspectorate, and proposes solutions to an effective cooperation of these forces in ensuring traffic order and safety in the coming years.
