This thesis is comprehensive research on the
coordination relationship between the Environmental Police Forces and other
forces in preventing and fighting against crime and other lawful violation on environment
in Vietnam. The new contributions of the thesis are
summarized as followed:
- The thesis systematically presents the theoretical background
and legal framework for the coordination relationship
between the Environmental Police Forces and other forces in preventing and combating
against crime and other lawful violation on environment, including: Concepts, legal characteristics of environmental crimes and
other lawful violations; concept, characteristics, legal basis and contents of
coordination relation of the Environmental Police Force with others in preventing
and fighting against environmental crimes and other lawful violations.
- The thesis outlines the situation and characteristics related to
the coordination relations of the Environmental Police Force with others.
Studying, analyzing and clarifying the operation of the Environmental Police
Force. These are the foundations for the study of the relationship between the
Environmental Police Force and others in preventing and fighting environmental
crime and other lawful violations in recent years, indicating the strengths,
achievements, limitations, shortcomings and causes of such shortcomings and
shortcomings as the basis for working out solutions to improve the efficiency
of this activity in coming time.
- The thesis forecasts the trend of crime in the next few year
thus identifies factors influencing on the coordination
relationship between the Environmental Police Forces and other forces in
preventing and fighting against crime and other lawful violation on environment.
Accordingly, the thesis proposes eight solutions in
order to enhance the coordination relationship efficiency in the near future.
