The second English class is the key training program for the professional Master’s Degree Program on Justice Leadership between the PPA and the University of Maryland, USA. To successfully participate in the course, students are not only good at common language but also must be able to adapt to intensive study program with specialized terminology in English. The participants are considered as overseas students on the spot, who must have creative thinking to be able to comprehend the American program’s teaching methods and quality control system, as well as have ability to hear lectures and react flexibly in English in professional activities. Therefore, that the PPA opens the second English class to equip with English knowledge with international standards is extremely important.

Overview of the opening ceremony

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Mr. Dinh Huu Phuong, Deputy Head of the Public Security Force Building General Bureau emphasized that students participating in the English classes have to learn positively and strengthen specialized skills in English as well as equip with the knowledge of international integration, soft skills to be able to complete the course. He also asked related units and teachers to work closely together to manage well the class and ensure the class gains the highest results.
