Under the treaty on training cooperation between the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Cambodian Ministry of Home, on April 27th, 2011, in Dong Nai Province, the PPA formally held the opening ceremony of thirdteen leader further training course for Cambodian Ministry of Home.
Attending the ceremony, there were Colonel Tong Duy Thoai, Headmaster of the People's Security College 1, leaders of the post-graduated faculty and related units together with 30 students of the course.
The course will last in three months, from April 25th, 2011 to July 20th, 2011, with two main contents including basic issues on leadership duty of commanding police force and some basic knowledge on crime prevention.
The course will strengthen cooperation relationship between Viet Nam and Cambodia as well as between the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Cambodian Ministry of Home.
