Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Deputy Commander of the High Command of Mobile Police; Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA; and Representatives of  relevant Departments of the High Command of Mobile Police, the PPA and the students.

According to demand of improving ability for officers to meet task of maintaining political security and social order and safety, the PPA in cooperation with the High Command of Mobile Police opened the 4^th in-service alliance training course for police officers who are working for the High Command of Mobile Police.

During the training process, despite the students had to work and study at the same time, the students had overcome difficulties, implemented strictly regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Public Security and the PPA, executed rules of People’s Police; self-improved moral qualities, political spirit, sense of organization and discipline. Closing the course, the Directorate of the Academy awarded the graduated Certificate for the students who completed successfully the course, especially sixteen of them awarded Certificate of Merit for their achievements in the managing class and getting good results in graduation examination.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy congratulated and commended the result of the students. He desired that the students would be more mature after graduation and strive for returning the PPA to continue studying at postgraduate training level and attending training courses for leader and commander.
