In attendance to the meeting, there were Lieutenant General Phan Van Vinh, General Director of Police General Department, the Hero of People's Armed Forces; Lieutenant General Trieu Van Dat, former Deputy General Director of Police General Department and former teacher of Criminal Police Faculty, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Ninh, former Deputy Director of Police Criminal Judgment Enforcement and Justice Assistance General Department; Major General Ho Si Tien, Director of Criminal Police Department; leaders of departments and local units; former officers of Criminal Police Faculty throughout the period. On the side of the PPA, there were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Party Secretary, President of the Academy; leaders of Criminal Police Faculty; leaders of the PPA‘s functional units as well as lecturers and students of the faculty.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Tran The Huong, Head of the Criminal Police Faculty 

in his speech recalling the their glory tradition

At the meeting, Senior Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Tran The Huong, Head of Criminal Police Faculty made a speech on 70 years of building, fighting and maturation of criminal police forces; the long-standing process of construction and development, as well as remarkable achievements of generations of teachers and students of the Faculty of Criminal Police. Thanks to attention and guidance of the PPA‘s Board of Directors, leaders of the General Department of Police, so far, there have been 02 teachers of the Faculty to be recognized the title of Professor, 09 teachers as Associate Professors; 15 teachers as PhD; 02 Lieutenant Generals, 01 Major General. As one of the pioneers of the PPA in teaching, scientific research, the Faculty of Criminal Police  has been training 41 formal courses, 31 transition courses and hundreds of part-time ones, at the same time actively coordinating with the professional departments, local units and international organizations in the training of police forces nationwide. In addition, the leaders, officers together with students regularly organize charitable activities, which is a proud achievement and an important contribution to the Cause of education and training in the PPA.

At the ceremony, the teachers and students of the Faculty of Criminal Police had the opportunity to communicate with Lieutenant General Phan Van Vinh, General Director of the Police Department; Major General Ho Si Tien, Director of Criminal Police Department and leaders of criminal police departments about reality of crime prevention and combat. With the nature of the work as regularly facing to various temptations, pitfalls and dark sides of society, the delegates reminded students to keep firmly their political spirit, cultivate the reasoning skill, physical training and a strong passion for the job, deserving to be "iron fist" of the police forces.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA, congratulated the criminal police forces in general and teachers and students of the Criminal Police Faculty in particular on their 70^th anniversary of traditional day. The President of the PPA expected that the leaders of departments and local units would  continued to support the PPA in education and training, collaborate to hold seminars and talks about the practical work of the forces, receive the students to practice. Moreover, he required the staff and students to unite and promote the achievements, aiming at actively fostering, training, further improving of teaching quality. Similarly, it is essential that officers , lecturers and students should strive to study, research to train the following generations of soldiers with firm political mindset and excellent professional capacity.
