Attending the opening ceremony were Colonel, Dr. Vu Tien Inh - Deputy Head of Training Department, Ministry of Public Security; representatives of the Department of Training; representatives of the People’s Public Security Training Institutions. On the side of the PPA, there were Major General, Assoc. Prof, Dr Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA; representatives of functional units and all the trainees of the course.

The course aimed to advance the capability of the leader staffs in the People’s Police force, apply the necessary skills to reality, ensuring implementation of the work and meeting the requirements of higher duties.

The overview of the opening ceremony

This course lasted in 25 days, including two major parts: General knowledge about politics, laws; Leading and managing skills. Besides the special subjects taught by the lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, National Academy of Public Administration, the PPA would invite leaders from the Ministry of Public Security and the related General Department to participate in lecturing and reporting on special subjects on reality to help students update new information on working reality of the Branch.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Assoc. Prof, Dr Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA would like the trainees to quickly acquire new remarks on reality and theory, new standpoints in leading management. The PPA would created the favorable condition to support the course, properly completing successfully the mission assigned by leaders of the MPS.
