Attending the graduation ceremony were Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Minh Giam, Deputy Director General of General Department of Politics; representatives of Departments of General Department of Politics, General Department of Police, General Department of Criminal Judgment Enforcement and Judicial Assistance, High Command of Mobile Police; Public Security Departments of provinces and cities; Representatives from the Higher Education Department - Ministry of Education and Training.

As for the PPA were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Secretary of Party Committee, President of the Academy; members of Party Committee, Board of Directors; representatives of faculties, departments and centers of the Academy; especially the parents and the new bachelors of the course D39 and D26 Laos.

After 4 years at the PPA, the students of the course D39 and D26 Laos completed the curriculum with outstanding results: 99,9% of students achieved the outcome standards in politics; over 98% of students achieved the good and excellent learning results. Especially, despite the difficulties in language and culture, the students from Lao PDR have tried their best to study and have good results. All students of the courses have actively responded to the movement of scientific research for students launched by the PPA and achieved many encouraging results.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Minh Giam, Deputy Director General of General Department of Politics praised and congratulated the excellent achievements of the PPA in actively renovating the method of education in the training form of credit; combining the education and training with reality; standardization of lecturers; strengthening the cooperation with international organizations, etc.

Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Minh Giam suggested the new officers of D26 Laos focus on studying well after coming back home, actively research and exchange with the PPA to solve the theoretical and practical problems arising in the practical work. To the new police officers of course D39, the Deputy Director General required them to improve the professional knowledge, cultivate the political qualities, revolutionary ethics, lifestyle and working capacity, follow the Six Advices of Uncle Ho to the Public Security force to creatively apply the knowledge into the practical work.

At the graduation ceremony, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA said that the course D39 was the fourth course to be training under the credit system, as well as the eighth one to implement the outcome standards. After 4 years of training, 43 students graduated with excellent results, 975 students got good results. Especially, the PPA has built and put into use the modern e-library. This is one of the four main mainstays of theme of new school year: “Building Smart PPA” with the aim of building the PPA to become the key national higher education institution.
