The exchange program has participation of the Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of PPA; Major General, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of PPA; representatives for functional units, mass organizations under PPA; representatives for units and organizations twinned with the Academy and students of  PPA.

In the exchange program, the Student Management Department’s representative presented a report to summary the peak emulation session to celebrate 71 years of traditional day of the people’s police force and welcome the new school year 2016 - 2017. Accordingly, the peak emulation session to celebrate 71 years of traditional day of the people’s police force and welcome the new school year 2016 - 2017 was launched by the Party Committee, PPA Board of Directors in all staffs, teachers and students of PPA from August 8^th, 2016. After 2 months, teachers and students of the Academy attempted to obtain achievements and get good results. Many new models, works, measures to improve training, learning quality were applied in practice and achieved remarkable results. Typically, the establishment of student volunteers to do environmental protection  created habit and raised awareness of environmental protection, gradually building PPA to be green - clean - beautiful. Continuous operation of the Regulation Team Model of the Student Management Department contributed to rectifying the observance of people’s police ceremonies, manners and regulation in staffs, teachers and students of the Academy, building a disciplined and cultural environment in PPA. In framework of the program, PPA praised and commended groups and individuals with outstanding achievements during the peak competition.

Speaking at the program, Major General, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of PPA praised excitement, enthusiasm spirit of the teachers and students of the Academy in response to the recent high-peak emulation. On behalf of PPA Board of Directors, Major General, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of the Academy celebrated outstanding achievements of staffs and students of the school and expressed his belief that, in 2016 - 2017 academic year, all officers and students of PPA will continue striving to complete targets and duties successfully, contributing to building PPA soon become the national higher education institution in 2018.

With the theme "Proud blue shirt" the music exchange program attracted wide participation of PPA students and young members of partner units, such as People’s Public Security Political Academy, People's Security College, University of Foreign languages and International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Academy of Journalism and Communication, Military University of Culture - Arts ... The excellent music repertoires with open, youthful atmosphere created a meaningful exchange night, confirming youth, enthusiasm and versatile talent of student generation in PPA students.

Sharing excitement after watching the program, student Nguyen Van Cang (class B10 - D42) said: "As a freshman, I have never thought that the school where I dreamed of and which seems rigid and serious, have such a lively and explosive music exchange program. General meetings or exchange nights like this will help the freshmen like me reduce nostalgia and try to study well to deserve to be students of PPA.

The exchange night ended with beautiful moments and images of the People's Police Academy students, while enhancing communication between teachers and students, between academy generations of students, helping freshmen get acquainted with learning and training environment in the armed forces. "Proud of green uniform" truly became a musical party connecting friends, teachers, comrades.
