Attending this meaningful program were Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, member of the PPA’s Party Committee, Head of the Student Management Department; Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Triu, Head of the Medical Department as well as other nurses, doctors from the PPA’s Medical Department and the 19/8 Hospital. Besides, there were a lot of the PPA’s students who are practicing in the event. For Hoa Binh Province side, there were Lieutenant Colonel. Pham Quoc Viet, Deputy Head of the Department of Personnel and Organization of Hoa Binh Provincial Public Security; Colonel. Tran Manh Hai, Head of Tan Lac District Public Security; Bui Van Dua, Party Committee Secretary of Phu Cuong Commune together with a large number of peoples here.

After the gift-presenting program of the PPA and the 19-8 Hospital, there was the health examination and treatment for the people in Phu Cuong Commune was conducted. The doctors of the PPA’s Medical Department and the 19/8 Hospital  examined, gave diagnostic ultrasound, distributed free medicine for people of the Commune.

On behalf of the inhabitants in Phu Cuong Commune, Mr. Bui Van Dua, Party Committee Secretary of Phu Cuong Commune expressed his thanks for the officers of the PPA as well as the 19-8 Hospital, who directly participated in the health examination, treatment and free medicine distribution for the people and presented the gifts to the disadvantaged families. He also assessed that this was practical humane activity, helping people to overcome the difficulties and eradicate diseases. The people in Phu Cuong Commune expressed the highly appreciation for the gold hearts and responsibility of the People's Public Security soldiers with the slogan "For fatherland, for people".

This charity program of the PPA, the 19-8 Hospital  of the MPS in coordination with the Hoa Binh Provincial Public Security revealed the solidarity tradition, contributing to building good images, developing intimate relationship between the People’s Public Security force (including the PPA’s officers) and the people masses

On December 19^th, 2015, the delegation would continue to implement the charity program in Dong Anh District - Hanoi.
