The thesis is the systematic and comprehensive research on Co-operation between the Environmental police force with others police forces in preventing crime and infringement of illegally importing waste. There are several new points:

1. The thesis systematizes and analyzes to further clarify the theoretical issues on definitions, characters of co-operation between the Environmental police force with others police forces in preventing crime and infringement of illegally importing waste; analyzing legal framework, principles; clarifying content, means of co-operation between the Environmental police force with others police forces in preventing crime and infringement of illegally importing waste.

2. Surveying and providing the scientific conclusions on the real situation of rape crimes and criminal characteristics of rape crime; as well as the current status of co-operation, pointing out pros and cons of co-operation between the Environmental police force with others police forces in preventing crime and infringement of illegally importing waste.

3. On the basis of studied theory and reality of co-operation between the Environmental police force with others police forces in preventing crime and infringement of illegally importing waste, the thesis predicted the scientifically the research issue and proposes 6 solutions contributing to improving the operation efficiency in the future.
