- The thesis has researched to clarify, supplement and refute theories on activities of detecting and investigating drug-related crimes occurring in prisons such as: Concepts and characteristics of drug-related crimes occurring in prisons; Legal base, responsibility assigned for detecting and investigating drug-related crimes occurring in prisons; Detecting and investigating drug-related crimes occurring in prisons; Coordinated relationship in detecting and investigating drug-related crimes occurring in prisons.
- The thesis has analyzed and evaluated the situation and reality of detecting and investigating drug in prisons of the police force for Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance; the results achieved, the shortcomings and the causes of such shortcomings.
- On the base of theoretical and practical issues, the thesis has proposed and offered systematic, comprehensive and feasible solutions in order to improve the efficiency of detecting and investigating drug-related crimes committed in the prisons of the police force for Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance in the coming time.
