New contributions of the thesis:

- The thesis has added the basic theoretical issues on exploiting psychology of prisoners of property theft: Clarify the concept of offenders of property theft; the psychological concept of offenders for property theft; the concept of exploiting psychology of offenders of property theft; clarify the characteristics, contents, forms and methods of exploiting psychology of prisoners committing the property theft.

- The thesis has analyzed and evaluated comprehensively the situation of psychological exploitation of prisoners committing the property theft to prevent prisoners of recidivism in prisons and prevent prisoners committing property theft after serving the imprisonment sentence from 2008 to 2017; the achieved results , limitations, find out the cause of those limitations.

- The thesis has made forecasts about the crime of property theft and factors that affect the psychological exploitation of offenders committing property theft in prisons of the Ministry of Public Security. Based on which, the dissertation has developed feasible solutions to improve the efficiency of psychological exploitation of offenders committing property theft in prisons of the Ministry of Public Security in the coming time.
