New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis studies issues of awareness in disseminating, educating and popularizing knowledge and laws on fire prevention and fighting. Based on research, the thesis develops systematically theoretical issues on disseminating, educating and popularizingof knowledge and laws on fire prevention and fighting, such as definitions, roles, features, principles and the legal basis of features; content, methods and coordination related to the features of the Fire Police Force.
2. The thesis comprehensively investigates relevant situations and current practice of disseminating, educating and popularizingknowledge and laws on fire prevention and fighting. The thesis focuses on examining and analyzing the force building, equipment, and current situation of activities in disseminating, educating and popularizingknowledge and laws on fire prevention and fighting as a function of the Fire Police Force over the period of 2009 - 6/2008. Thereby, the results, limitations and causes of limitations are evaluated serving as a basis for forecasting and developing the system of solutions.
3. From the investigation of current practice, synchronous, comprehensive solutions are proposed. Each solution focuses on clarifying the content and implementation, the system of solutions reflecting the synchronism, feasibility and appropriateness with the practice of disseminating, educating and popularizing knowledge and laws on fire prevention and fighting by the Fire Police Force.
