1. The thesis surveys and analyzes the overall situation of international and domestic researches related to convert reconnaissance document into evidence in operation combating illegal storage, transport and deal in narcotic substances. Accordingly, the thesis identifies the issues that need to be researched and solved.

2. To supplement and develop theory about converting reconnaissance document into evidence in operation combating illegal storage, transport and deal in narcotic substances such as: Concept, characteristics, requirement, measures to convert reconnaissance document into evidence in operation combating illegal storage, transport and deal in narcotic substances.

3. The thesis analyzes the situation related to illegal storage, transport and deal in narcotic substances; surveys and assesses the situation of converting reconnaissance document into evidence in operation combating illegal storage, transport and deal in narcotic substances according to the function of Police for narcotic crime investigation thus comments and evaluates the advantages andshortcomings as well as the causation.
