1. The thesis has analyzed, clarified and supplemented the theoretical issues related to the operation of the Mobile Police force in preventing crowd of people from disrupting security and order in industrial park, such as: Concept, characteristics and classification of industrial park; concept, characteristics, cases of crowd of people causing security and order disturbances in the industrial park. The thesis has also analyzed and clarified the concept, characteristics, principles, legal basis, content, measures and coordination relations in preventing crowd of people from disrupting security and order in industrial park according to the function of the Mobile Police force.

2. The thesis has surveyed, analyzed and clarified the actual situation of the Mobile Police force in the following contents: Organizational structure; equipping weapons, supporting tools, professional means of the Mobile Police force; applying measures to prevent crowd of people from disrupting security and order in the industrial park according to the function of the Mobile Police force; coordinating relations in preventing crowd of people from disrupting security and order in the industrial park according to the function of the Mobile Police force.

3. The thesis has surveyed the practice, analyze and clarify the current situation on the basis of specific research methods. From the assessment of the current situation, the thesis has made comments and evaluations on the advantages, achieved results and some limitations and shortcomings in preventing crowd of people causing security and order disturbances in industrial zones according to the function of the Mobile Police force; pointed out the causes of these limitations and shortcomings as a basis for proposing solutions.

4. The thesis gives forecasts about the situation relating to the activities of the Mobile Police force in preventing crowd of people from disturbing security and order in the industrial park such as: development of industrial parks relating to activities to prevent crowd of people from disturbing security and order; situation of crowd of people disturbing security and order in the industrial park in the coming time. On that basis, the thesis has built seven groups of solutions to improve the efficiency of preventing crowd of people disturbing security and order in the industrial park according to the functions of the Mobile Police force in the coming time.
