1. The thesis surveys and analyzes some typical domestic and foreign projects relating to the prevention of illegal gambling committed using the Internet, computer network, telecommunications network, or electronic device according to functions of Criminal Police force. Accordingly, the thesis identifies the issues that need to be continued to research and solve in the thesis.

2. The thesis analyzes clearly the theoretical issues of the prevention of illegal gambling committed using the Internet, computer network, telecommunication network, or electronic device according to functions of Criminal Police force: the concept, features, role, legal basis, contents, measures and coordinative relationships in the prevention of illegal gambling committed using the Internet, computer network, telecommunication network, or electronic device according to functions of Criminal Police force.

3.
