1. The thesis contributes to improving and supplementing theory of managing offenders who impose the life imprisonment in jails under the Ministry of Public Security such as: building the concept of prisoners serving life imprisonment, general characteristics of prisoners serving life imprisonment sentence; Developing the concept of prisoner management serving life imprisonment sentences, characteristics and requirements for the management of prisoners in life imprisonment sentences.

2. The thesis clarifies the legal basis and relevant regulations on the management of prisoners in life imprisonment sentences; the contents, forms and measures for management of prisoners in life imprisonment; Assignment of responsibility and coordination of criminal enforcement and judicial assistance Police in the prisoner management.

3. The thesis predicts related situations of managing offenders who impose the life imprisonment in jails under the Ministry of Public Security of criminal enforcement and judicial assistance Police; Organization and the apparatus of the criminal enforcement and judicial assistance police force; the status of coordination relations and the status of managing offenders who impose the life imprisonment in jails under the Ministry of Public Security of criminal enforcement and judicial assistance Police.
