1. The thesis contributes to providing and improving theory system of state management about workers’ residence in industrial factories such as : conception, role, details, content, methods, responsibility assignment and co-operation relations in state management’s activities for employees’ residence in the industrial workshops.

2. The thesis analyses, examines the actual situation that directly relate to effect directly to state management action for laborers’ residence in industrial factories on the midland, delta area of the North, so far as deeply study, analyze, evaluate reality of the operation process from 2007 to 2016.

3. The thesis predicts related factors and operation process situations under state management activities for employees’ residence of industrial workshops in midland, delta areas in the North of Vietnam; guide a system of 6 solutions to improve the management action next time.
