1. The thesis systematizes research projects in Vietnam and other countries related to thesis topics to recognize issues needed to continue to study.

2. The thesis is to clarify the awareness of children and children violating law and theory on management and education for children violating law of ward police force.

3. The thesis also focuses on studying, analyzing and analyzing the situation of children violating law, assessing the situation of managing and educating children violating law, based on the function of ward police force. Moreover, it also evaluates the results achieved, limitations, shortcomings and causes of shortcomings in management and education of this police force.
