The dissertation is a
systematic and comprehensive study of the prevention of crimes committed by
persons under the age of 18 according to the functions of the Criminal Police
Force with the following new points:
1.
The dissertation has sytematized and analyzed to clarify further the
theoretical issues related to the murder committed by persons under 18 years
old such as definitions and legal characteristics of under 18- age murders, and
theories in terms of prevention activities against homicide offenders under 18
in compliance with the functions of the Criminal Police Force, including:
definitions, legal basis, characteristics, contents, and countermeasures and
coordinated relations against under 18-year-old slayers.

To survey and draw up scientific conclusions on the actual state of U18 killing
offenders; as well as the reality of the prevention of homicide crimers who are
under 18 years olds complied with the function of the Criminal Police,
highlight the advantages and disadvantages of prevention activities against
slaying criminal under 18 years of age.

On the theoretical basis and reality of activities to prevent the crime of
murder committed by under-18 people under the function of the Criminal Police,
which have been studied and analyzed, the dissertation contributes scientific
predictions on the issue of research and proposes 6 solutions to improve the
effectiveness of countermeasure actions in the coming time.
