Congratulation Letter
On the celebration of the
45th Anniversary of the PPA
and the new school year
2013-2014
Dear Comrades!
To celebrate 45 years of
the foundation of the PPA (May 15th, 1968 - May 15th,
2013) and the new school year 2013-2014, on behalf of the Central Committee of Party
and the Ministry of Public Security, I cordially send my best congratulation to
the generations of officers, lecturers, employees and students of the PPA.
Over the past forty five
years, the PPA has constantly matured, developed in every aspects; with the
role as important training center in the education system of the country in
general and in the Ministry of Public Security in particular, the training quality
is enhanced; goals, curriculum, teaching and studying methods are innovated, training
specialties are increased; the lecturers and educational managers are
consolidated; the qualifications, abilities, teaching methodology are regularly
updated and enhanced; scientific research has made much progress which
contribute effectively to working, fighting and building up the People's Police
Force of the whole country.
On behalf of the Central
Committee of Party and the Ministry of Public Security, I recognize, highly
appreciate the achievements of the PPA.
In the coming time, the Public
Security Force will face very heavy tasks. This fact requires the PPA to continue
innovating curriculum, contents, teaching, studying and evaluating methods towards
modernization, especially to focus on ideal and traditional education,
revolutionary morality, lifestyle, creative abilities and practical skills. Moreover,
the PPA need to implement comprehensively solutions to develop the staffs of
lecturers, educational managers ensuring both quantity and quality; complete teaching
materials, reference books in order to meet the training requirements and scale
of high-quality manpower for the People’s Police Force; build the PPA become
the leading Center for training and scientific research of the Public Security
Forces of Vietnam.
Wish all officers, lecturers,
employees, students of the PPA and your families the best of health, happiness
and success.
