New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis systematizes research works related to management and  education for prisoner in labor and vocational training in prisons. It builds and specifies the concept, characteristics, the role of this work as well as analyzes these elements in order to clarify the necessary of education and management process in labor and vocational training in prisons belongs to Ministry of Public Security.
2. The thesis also reviews and constructs the nature, characteristics, geographical location of prisons; organization of labor and vocational training school for prisoners; characteristics of prisoner and prison regulations; characteristics of criminal enforcement and judicial assistance police. On the basis of the assessment in the thesis, its provides comments about advantages, shortcomings for developing the appropriate solution system.
3.The thesis forecasts the impacting factors and summarizes many solutions to improve the efficiency of management and education for prisoner in labor and vocational training in prisons under Ministry of Public Security in the coming time.
