The Responding Ceremony was held at the Headquarter of the PPA with the  attendance of Major General, Dr. Nguyen Quang Chu, Deputy General Director of Building-up People’s Police Force; Colonel Le Dinh Quyen, Deputy Director of the Office of Military Technical Academy, representing the General Department of Political of People's Army; leaders of units of General Department of Building-up People’s Police Force and General Department of Political of People's Army; representatives of training institutions of People’s Police and academies, schools, units of People’s Army and numerous young members of the Youth Unions the two forces. As for the PPA - the host unit had the presence of Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA and members of the Executive Committee of Youth Union.

At the Ceremony, the Youth Unions of training institutions of People’s Police and academies, schools, units of People’s Army responded enthusiastically and agreed with 5 coordinated contents of the youth as follows:

First, strengthen the propaganda and education of the youth about the revolutionary ideal, the political spirit and fostering patriotism, career love; raise the awareness of the role and responsibilities of the youth in the Cause of protecting security - defense.

Second, organize the activities of traditional education for the youth; respond, participate effectively in the contests about the glorious tradition of the People's Army and the People’s Police; the tradition of solidarity, collaboration between the two forces during the revolution as well as in peacetime.

Third, respond the special emulation stages, make the achievement to celebrate the  70th traditional day of the People's Army (December 22nd, 1944 - December 22nd, 2014) and 70th traditional day of the People's (August 19th,1945 - August 19th, 2015); timely praise, reward, propaganda the excellent members of the Youth Unions of all training institutes of the two forces.

Fourth, co-organize the cultural exchange activities to create the lively atmosphere in the units during the celebration of important events of the Party, the State and the two forces; create more opportunities for young members of the two forces to exchange the experience.

Fifth, jointly organize the social activities, volunteer for helping the people in difficult areas, border and island areas; organize the activities towards the national island.

The promise of determination of the youth of two forces

On behalf of the youth of the training institutions, units of the People’s Army and People’s Police, Secretary of Youth Union of General Department of Building-up People’s Police Force Pham Van Doan thanked the leaders of General Department of Political and General Department of Building-up Force for creating the favorable conditions for the youth of two forces to be more united, emulate at good learning and good practice in order to dedicate to the Fatherland. Captain Pham Van Doan confirmed that the heroic glorious revolutionary tradition of the two forces and the supreme sacrifice of the previous generations were always the precious baggage of the youth, were the spirit premise to cheer, encourage and enhance each step of the youth in the process of self-improvement, learning, training, fighting and dedication to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country.
