Attending the contest were Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA, Mr. Vu Quy Phi, Deputy Chief of the National Traffic Safety Office, Representatives of the Department of Road and Rail Traffic Police, the Traffic Police Department of the Public Security Department of Hanoi Capital, the functional departments and students within the PPA.

With the purpose of promoting the better-learning emulation movement at the PPA, contributing to improving the quality of courses on road traffic law for the students of the professional traffic police of the PPA and helping them to study flexibly obtained knowledge into the practical work in the future. The contest had attracted the whole students of the Faculty of Traffic Police and the Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety. The teams competed in four part of the contest including: the greeting, answering multiple-choice-questions, handling the situation and eloquence part with questions in images, numbers, data prepared carefully by the lecturers of the Faculty of Traffic Police. After each of the competitive parts, the board of examiners commented, evaluated and scored for each team. Especially, alternating between competitive parts is the questions for the audience which attracted a large number of students in the contest hall to join. Many of them received gifts from the organizing Board for their excellent answers.

The Contest on Road Traffic Law is one of the significant extracurricular activities, which have contributed practically to promoting the propagation of the road traffic law to all students of the PPA as well as created an useful and healthy playground for the PPA’s students and help them have chance to exchange and sharing experiences to solve professional situations, so as to improve the  knowledge of theory and practical ones in the field of crime prevention, maintaining social order and safety of the country the new situation.
