Under the direction of the Ministry of Public
Security on promoting implementation of the movement “Public Security Force studies
and follows the Ho Chi Minh’s moral example”, on October 23rd, 2013,
the PPA held the Conference on implementing Ho Chi Minh’s moral example in the
third quarter of 2013.
At the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Van
Thao, former Director of Central Propaganda Committee reported major contents relating
to learning style of mass, democracy, example setting on ideology and moral
example of President Ho Chi Minh.

General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA
spoke at the Conference
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Van Thao presented vividly
and specifically each content of the style of mass, democracy, example setting on
ideology and moral example of President Ho Chi Minh; he also emphasized that
the style of mass, democracy, example setting had been expressed throughout
every action and revolutionary lifetime of President Ho Chi Minh. In order to study
thoroughly the moral example of Ho Chi Minh on the style of mass, democracy,
example setting, each officer, Party member needs to enhance the role of
independence, self-control, creativeness; set example in manner and life; give
priority to benefit of the people, be close to the people, understand people’s
expectation; promote the role of the people to make benefit for the people.
Especially, in the process of drawing and implementing all work plans, it is
necessary to research specifically, encourage and promote democracy so as to
increase the power of the mass.
Speaking at the end of the Conference, Major
General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA emphasized the
content, purpose, requirements of the conference, asked the leaders of departments
within the Academy to make plan and organize propaganda, study and research contents
of each special subject on moral example of Ho Chi Minh to implement suitably
with the situation, condition and political tasks of the departments.
