At the conference, Major General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huy Thuat, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Vice President of the Academy announced and directed the Resolution on direction and implementation of working program in the school year of 2013 - 2014 of the Party Committee of the PPA and Instruction No.5 of the Minister of Public Security to continue to implement the movement of the People’s Public Security Force on studying, implementing the six teaching statements of Uncle Ho for the period of 2013 - 2018 as well as mapped out the specific plans on implementing the Instruction No.5 of the party members and officers of the PPA.

the Certificate of Merit of “Transparent, strong and stable”

To implement successfully the target and themes of the school year 2013 - 2014, the PPA’s Party Committee, Directorate  requested the leaders of departments and party members to focus on implementing effectively the main tasks including the work of ideological and political education; enhancing quality of education, training, examination and scientific research, the work of organizing, training and developing the staffs; expanding international cooperation and ensuring logistics service... The leaders of departments are responsible for building the detail implementation programs and plans in this school year for their own departments, directing, supervising urging implementation of  their officers and students, urging them to implement successfully the registered mission.

As for Instruction No.5 of the Minister of Public Security to continue to implement the movement of the People’s Public Security Force on studying, implementing the six teaching statements of Uncle Ho for the period of 2013 - 2018, the PPA’s Party Committee and Directorate required the Executive Committees and Leaders of the departments to implement effectively the six teaching statements of Uncle Ho to the People’s Public Security Force by connecting closely with political mission of their own-departments and the movement "For national security", focus on propagandizing, developing and innovating the contents and methods of implementation to ensure the movement really instill the ideological and actions of each individual throughout the Academy, contributing to a new impetus to promote the whole activities of the Academy in the school year of 2013 - 2014 and subsequent years .

Five departments were honor to award the Certificate of Merit of

 the Minister of Public Security for outstanding achievements

 in the movement on welcoming the 45th Anniversary of foundation of the PPA

Also, at the conference, the Executive Party Committee of the PPA has awarded the 30-year Membership Party Insignia for the 7 officers,  awarded Certificate of Merit on “transparent, strong and stable” in the school year 2012 - 2013 for 11 Party Basical Institutions of the PPA’s Party Institution, awarded the Medal of “For national security” for the officers who have been working in the Public Security Force for 25 years and the Medal of “Glorious soldiers” 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd class for officers who have been working in the Public Security Force for 5 years or more and have contributed to maintaining political security, social order and safety and national defense .

In the school year 2012 - 2013, the PPA launched emulation movement to celebrate 45^th Anniversary of traditional day of the Academy. Summing up the emulation movement, there are 5 departments and 3 individuals honored to receive the Certificate of Merit of the Minister of Public Security; 8 departments and 17 individuals honored to receive the Certificate of Merit of the General Department of Building up Force; 2 departments and 13 individuals honored to receive the Certificate of Merit of the PPA’s President for outstanding achievement in this emulation movement.
