To timely encourage and support the disadvantaged officers and students in the Academy, on October 3^rd, Colonel, Dr. Quach Ngoc Lan, Head of Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety and the Youth Union of the Faculty visited and presented three gifts, worth VND 3 million each, for three disadvantaged officers who are working at the Department of Food Supply Management and Department of Logistics, and presented ten gifts, worth VND 2 million each, for 10 students who have the extremed difficulty. All expense came from voluntary donation and support of the lecturers and students of the Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety.

Sharing the meaning of this activity, Lieutenant Do Linh Vong, Secretary of the Youth Union of Faculty said :"We wish to contribute a small part of our ability to help comrades overcome the current difficulty. Although the gift is not very much value, we hope this will be a source of timely spiritual motivation for the disadvantaged officers, lecturers, employees and students of the Academy."

Visiting and presenting gifts for the disadvantaged officers, lecturers, employees and students in the whole Academy is one of the significant charity activities, express the spirit of solidarity, assistance of the youths of Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety; as well as create the friendly environment, enhancing the solidarity relation between the youths of the Faculty with other units within the PPA.
