As for the PPA was Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy, members of Party Committee, Board of Director and representatives of the functional units. As for the Department of External Affairs was Major General Tran Gia Cuong, Director and officers of the Department.

The cultural exchange program aimed to introducing, popularizing and propagating the 10 typical traditional songs on the Public Security force which were compiled to serve the political cultural activities and educate the glory tradition of the Branch under the Decision No. 6389/QD-BCA dated on November 5^th, 2014 of the Minister of Public Security. This was also the opportunity for the officers from PPA and the Department of External Affair to review the history of hero tradition of the Public Security force, as well as this was the opportunity for the two units to exchange, learn each other and strengthen the solidarity and coordination relationships to support each other for completing successfully all the assigned tasks.

Addressing to open the exchange program, on behalf of the Party Committee, Board of Directors of the PPA, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President expressed his deep thanks to the attention and direction of the leadership of the MPS, especially the attention of the Permanent Deputy Minister; the close coordination of units within the MPS, especially the Department of External Affairs and the local public security departments in the developing process of the PPA in the previous years. He also warmly praised the functional departments and the Youth Union of the two units for collaborating closely to organize the program and believed that in the future, the relations between the two units would continue to develop, contributing to building the Public Security forces stronger.

After the opening ceremony, the officers and soldiers of the PPA and Department of External Affairs were enjoyed 10 typical traditional songs of the Branch and many other special performances, especially the participation of Deputy Minister Dang Van Hieu; Musician, Major General Tran Gia Cuong and Major General Dang Xuan Khang received the enthusiastic cheers of the audiences at the exchange program. The songs which are performed in the program portrayed clearly the beautiful images of the Public Security soldiers on the combat on struggling for the national security as well as for the happy and peaceful life of the people.
