On the evening of October 17th, 2015, the PPA in cooperation with the public organizations of the Ministry of Public Security organized the "Evening gala to celebrate the success of the 6th Party Congress of the MPS” and “Launching the high-peak stage of emulation campaign to celebrate the 12th National Party Congress of Vietnam.
In joyful atmosphere to welcome the success of the 6th Party Congress of the MPS, the PPA was honored to host the Evening Gala. Attending the program was H.E.General, Tran Dai Quang - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security, the leaders of the MPS along with representatives of General Departments, the High Command, the units within the Minister; the representatives of the training institutions of MPS in the northern region; the PPA’s Board of Directors; the delegates from local public security units together with more than 2,500 police officers, soldiers, union members as well as members of public organizations in the People’s Public Security force.
Speaking at the ceremony,H.E General Tran Dai Quang, Minister of Public Security congratulated the success of the 6th Party Congress of the MPS and officially launched the high-peak stage of emulation campaign to celebrate the 12th National Party Congress, with the desire: "The People’s Public Security force in general, union members of the force in particular continue to prove the key role, pioneer, constantly strive and practice to devote more contributions to the career of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, deserve the trust of the Party, State and people for the People’s Public Security force ".

The flag dance performance
After the opening ceremony, many excellent art performances were showed. The Evening Gala not only gave the audience the songs, dances with lively playful melody but also had the presence of reports, documents reflecting the truthfulness of the result of the 6th Party Congress of the Central Public Security Party Committee as well as the desire, expectation of officers, soldiers, union members of the People’s Public Security force. In addition, the gala also was a meaningful opportunity for the PPA’s Youth to study and exchange experiences with officers, soldiers, union members of the whole branch and force.

An art performance in the Gala
The "Evening gala to celebrate the success of the 6th Party Congress of the MPS” and “Launching the high-peak stage of emulation campaign to celebrate the 12th National Party Congress" ended and left a good impression on the audiences. Thereby, it also lit the flame representing the determination, enthusiasm of all officers and soldiers of the People’s Public Security force in general and the PPA in particular, which contributed to successfully implement of the defined tasks in the future.
