The tournament was organized to welcome the new school year 2015-2016, with a view to celebrating the 35^th anniversary of the Department of Criminal Forensic Science (October 10^th, 1980 - October 10^th, 2015) and the 33^th anniversary of Vietnamese Teacher's Day (November 20^th). Besides, it also enhanced the exchange relationship among specialized classes as well as promoted the proactive role in coordinating organization, implementing the emulation movements; brought into play the spirit of fair-play in sport, awareness of keeping fit of lecturers and students specialized in Criminal Forensic Science.

Attending the opening ceremony of the tournament were Colonel, Dr. Ha Luong Tin - Head of Department of Criminal Forensic Science; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao - Deputy Secretary of the PPA’s Youth Union; the leaders, lecturers together with numerous students of the Department.

There were eight teams participating in the tournament: Team of lecturers in Department of Criminal Forensic Science, B5-D37, B5A-D38, B5B-D38, B5A- D39, B5B-D39, B5A-D40, B5B-D40. These teams were divided into two groups and play under the round-robin formula to pick out the teams competing for the first, second and third prize of the tournament.
