Over 85 years of founding and development, the specialized agencies of the Party have important contributions in advising the leadership of Party committees, steering and enhancing leadership capacity, fighting ability of the Party and Party members;building the administration political system which is increasingly clean and strong. For the People's Police Academy, since the Department of Party organization was founded so far, the specialized agencies of the Party have been workig well their responsibility to advise the Party committee of the Academy, building programs and working plans; advising on policies and measures to strengthen and improve the quality of Party organizations; building  staff line-up, strengthening the management, education and training of Party members; emphasis on the development of Party members and do well the work of protecting Party, to contribute to strong development of the Academy, complete political task assigned by the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Prof. Nguyen Huy Thuat –Vice President  of the Academy, on behalf of the Party Committee the Board of Directors of the Academy, acknowledged and appreciated the results achieved by the  and officers in charge of Party organization and building. Department of Party Organization, Political work and Public relation toward Party Committee of the Academy in general and the Party Committee in particular recently. At the same time, he also suggested that the officers in charge of Party organization should implement following tasks:

Firstly, to grasp the situation, ideological movements of officers and Party members, actively advise effectively the prevention and fighting against negative manifestations, internal disunity, lack of responsibility in their work.

Secondly, frequent exchange of experience and cooperation with the agency in charge of Party organization at above grade to do well advisory work for the Party Committee, Standing Committee of Party Committee on Party organization.

Thirdly, to study, advise and propose the establishment, strengthening the Party organizations, arranged the team of Party committees logically and scientifically, in accordance with the provisions of the Party’s Charter.

Fourthly, counsel and do well the development of the Party, the Party admittance and to ensure adequate standards, processes, absolutely prevent errors or confusion.

Fifthly, to promote the examination and supervision, timely detection and prevention of violations, negative activities of officers, Party members, to building Party truly pure and strong.

Sixthly, to emphasis training good staff with good responsibility, good abilities of thinking analysis, overview, updating the new things, advising timely and efficiently  for all activities of the Academy.

At the ceremony, the participants together reviewed 85 years of tradition of Party organization and building sector, especially shared their experiences in the working process, to further enhance the role of Party organization currently.

The meeting had very important meaning, not only to review the proud tradition of the specialized agencies of the Party, but also help every officer in charge of  Party organization understand the honor and responsibility of their work to be is undertaken, to practice the political Will, moral quality, to effort to study and improve skills in order to complete their missions.
