Practically making the great achievements in honour of the 70th traditional anniversary of Public Security force of Vietnam, as well as to welcome the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2015-2016 of the PPA, under the consent of the Directorate reard of the PPA, on September 25th, 2015, the Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police held the performance including martial arts, hostages rescuing, armed swimming.
Attending the performance was Mr. Nguyen Dac Tuan - Deputy chief of the standing Committee of National Civil Aviation Security. On the side of the PPA were Senior Colonel Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the Academy; Representatives of the functional units and about 2000 students of the major in armed police, criminal police, traffic police and the new D41-course students.
On September 23th 2015, executing the direction of the leader of Ministry of Public Security, the President of the PPA signed a Decision No.1348/QĐ-T32-TCCB on establishing the Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police (symbolized E32), with more than 1000 officers, devided into 3 battalions, under the leadership of the PPA"s Board of Directors including: the reversed Mobile Police Battalion, the reversed Criminal Police Battalion, the reversed Traffic Police Battalion.

Armed and rescuing swimming
The Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police of the PPA is assigned the task of training for te students in the field of crime-fighting techniques, tactics; training and improving the political and professional standards and mastery of weapons and means to ensure the completion of assigned tasks; standing ready to fight, ensuring the numbers, vehicles, weapons, ammunition and equipment to meet the maneuvering tasks from the MPS; organizing the rescuing forces, disaster prevention, reducing the consequence of floods, fires under the decisions and orders of superiors.

Performing the technicals, tactics in fighting the crime
At the performence, the Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police fulfilled 04 contents included: performing specialized police martial arts; performing techniques, tactics to crack-down criminals; suppressing the terrorist, rescuing hostages in high buildings; Armed swimming, rescuing swimming. The above contents are built on the base of the basic martial arts and applying practical situations of armed police force to show strength, consistency in patrol task, protection of key targets, anti-terrorister.

The performence on martial arts, hostage rescuing, armed swimming to welcome the academic year 2015-2016 of the Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police was greatly successful, demonstrating the strength, courage, strong Will along with the spirit "Be strong to build and protect the national security" of the officers of the armed forces in general and of the Regiment of Reserved Specialized Police of the PPA in particular.
