Over the years, the student education management has played an important role in training tasks. In fact, this is the work of personnel in the training process in order to establish and develop the personality of police officers. Concurrently, it educates students to raise the self-consciousness, self-management in learning, self-improving and exercising, improving the training quality and effectiveness, changing the training process into self-training process; building the lifestyle, learning style, behavior, and manner basing on public security regulations.

Dignity of police officers is set by the characteristic of their job. The public security force in general as well as the police force in particular require high discipline, independent operation (opposed to high discipline and co-combatting operation in military); objectives of police’s work are inhabitants, their fighting subjects are offenders, their activities are related directly to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. The People’s Police officers are representatives of government who are assigned many rights. Therefore, People’s Police officers in particular must have necessary virtues and capacities to guarantee the accomplishment of every task assigned.

At the workshop, many opinions based on the constructive, opened and straightforward spirit about student education management focused on contents including theoretical and realistic aspect with a lot of experience  lessons in student education management. Then, orientations, solutions of operation was proposed to gain high results, contributing to improvement of  the quality and effectiveness of education and training, striving to develop the PPA to be qualitied as the key national higher education institution in 2018.

Speaking at the end of the workshop, Senior Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA emphasized: "The student education management is very important in building and consolidating police soldiers' dignity. The PPA is on the way of developing into the key national education institution, so the student education  management should be implemented by the whole Academy; the student management must be performed with responsibility, wisdom and the principle of love, encouragement of students’ development, independence, creativity, living skills".In addition,the Vice President of the Academy also proposed that the Faculties, Divisions, Departments, Centers, and local police ought to cooperate, give instructions to better the student education management in the coming years.
