At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Relic Site reported generally the content of ideology "Raising high the spirit of responsibility, anti-individualism, talking along with doing”. Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh emphasized that learning this ideology of Uncle Ho is for purpose of raising awareness of officers, Party members and the people in implementing the immortal thought "Striving all life for industrious, thrifty, upright, honest, public-spirited and selfless, working as the devoted and loyal servant for the people, striving for bright privacy, simple life". To implement well the content of the ideology, all officers, lecturers, employees and students of the PPA should self-learn, self-improve regularly their morality following the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh; incessantly promote the spirit of model of the leader, raise high sense of responsibility at collective environment; and make well self-criticism and criticism, overcome a recession on political ideology, ethics and lifestyle of a number of officers and Party members at present.

At the same time, at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh also told the touched story on life and daily work of Uncle Ho, thereby helping the officers, lecturers and employees of the Academy to aware that the ideology “raising high the spirit of responsibility, anti-individualism, talking along with doing” was expressed in each of Uncle Ho’s talks and actions. This ideology would be valuable lessons to each of the PPA’s officers, lecturers and employees learn and follow, step by step to improve themselves and efforts to build the PPA to develop stronger.
