Attending the Seminar were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Phu, Deputy Director of Police Department for Registration and Management Residence and National data on population - Ministry of Public Security; Mr. Vu Van Ninh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the PPA; leaders of some police wards of Public Security Department of Hanoi Capital; leaders, lecturers and students of Faculty of Administration on Social Order and Safety of the PPA.

Opening the Seminar, Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof,Dr. Quach Ngoc Lan, Head of Faculty of Administration on Social Order and Safety of the PPA presented an overview of the organizational structure, formation and development of the Faculty to help specialized students have a comprehensive view and be fully aware of their specialty.

Specialized students questioned freely at the Seminar

At the Seminar, the students of specialty of Administration on Social Order and Safety questioned freely their own opinions in the process of learning and training at the Academy as well as the practical work in the future. In particular, issues related to requirements and qualities to become a good police officer or lecturer of the Faculty of Administration on Social Order and Safety of the PPA were interested. These above questions were answered specifically to help specialized students to get clearer direction for future work.

Speaking at the Seminar, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA highly appreciated the initiative and creativity of the Leadership and the Associated Youth Union Branches in organizing this Seminar. The Vice President of the PPA requested that the Leadership of the Faculty of Administration on Social Order and Safety should focus on training young lecturers, complete textbook system and organize regularly the sessions of actual reports to timely update issues related to the practical work of the Police of Administration on Social Order and Safety for specialized students. He also asked the specialized students to spend time as much as possible to study, research and accumulate basic knowledge for the future.
