Attending the ceremony were Colonel Tran Quoc Chung, Deputy Director of the Waterway Traffic Police Department, Mr. Kawamusa, Japanese consultants; leaders of the Faculty of Traffic Police of the PPA and 40 students who are working for the waterway traffic police Force from the Northern Provinces.

Overview of the Ceremony

Participating in the training course, the students would have chance to research and discuss the professional contents on the Law of the inland waterways, the organizations, activities and management on traffic order and safety of the waterways traffic police force; the work of management, patrol and sanction the waterways vehicles; measures on prevention for waterways related crimes in the complex areas. This is essential knowledge which was updated and compiled by lecturers of the Faculty of Traffic Police of the PPA as well as the professional teachers, scientists inside and outside the Public Security Force.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Colonel Tran Quoc Chung, Deputy Director of Waterway Traffic Police Department asked the students to obey strictly the rules and regulations in studying process, make efforts in studying to acquire knowledge, practical experiences to apply creatively on reality of crime prevention and order and safety management in the field of inland waterways traffic.
